St Alban - Coopersale
St Alban's Church is in our pretty village of Coopersale (to the east of Epping). The church is small, but the congregation is vibrant and welcoming. The traditional grassed churchyard overlooks fields and countryside.
The church was built in 1852 at the bequest of Miss Archer-Houblon, who also provided the parish with a school and the substantial vicarage, now privately owned. The church maintains its strong links with our primary school, hosting school services throughout the year and being linked further by the church school governors.
