Dear Year 6 Parents/Carers,
A significant number of parental consent forms and deposits have not been handed in to the school - the deadline for both was last Friday.
If we have not received the deposit and consent form from you already, a second copy has been sent home with your child today. Please make sure you return the consent and deposit before this Friday 11th November. If you require any assistance, please contact our School Business Manager, Sue Petchey, via the school office.
Without enough consents and deposits paid on time, the school runs the risk of having our residential booking cancelled.
