Dear Parents/Carers (Years 1, 2, 4 and 6),
This afternoon, your child will be bringing home reports detailing results of the following statutory tests and assessments:
Year 1: Phonics Screening Check result (statutory test)
Year 2: Phonics Screening Check results (statutory test only for Year 2 children who did not pass the check in Year 1)
Year 2: End of Key Stage One 'Teacher Assessments', including scores for their KS1 statutory SATS test papers
Year 4: Multiplication Tables Check result (statutory test)
Year 6: End of Key Stage Two Teacher Assessment scores for Writing and Science, and KS2 SATS test results for Reading, Maths and 'Punctuation, Spelling and Grammar'. Regarding the SATS results, we expect any scaled score from 110-120 to be awarded as 'working above age related expectations'. This was not possible to show on the report as it has not been confirmed yet by the Statutory Testing Agency (although we are confident it will remain at 110+).
