Dear Parents,
Are you passionate about sports and enjoy seeing children get active? We are looking for volunteers to become Parent Sports Champions to help us at sporting events throughout the school year.
As a Parent Sports Champion, you would be a go-to team of enthusiastic adults who can provide an extra pair of hands at school sports events. These events are a great opportunity for our students to compete against other schools and have fun, and your support would be invaluable.
When an event comes up, I'll be in touch to see if you're available to join us. The role would involve supporting the school staff member, which might include helping to lead a small group or team under the supervision of the member of staff. Your presence would not only make these events possible, but also for them to run more smoothly and provide fantastic encouragement for our students.
For some events, we may be hiring a coach, and if so, you would be able to travel with us. However, in cases where parents are dropping children off directly at the event venue, we would ask that you provide your own transport and meet us at the event location.
