Dear Young Voices Families,
We are very much looking forward to tomorrow (Wednesday 25th). Here are some final arrangements to clarify a few things.
Uniform - Children can wear their own choice of bottoms (the show ask for them to be dark due to the photography and videos being taken) with their Young Voices top.
Drop off - Please make sure you meet us at Epping Station by 11.00am
Pizza Express - All families signed up for the Pizza Express option which is lovely. I have all menu choices, and we will have this around lunchtime when we get to the venue.
Packed lunch dinner - Please supply your child with a full packed lunch that they can eat around 5.30pm for their dinner. Please make sure you pack lots to keep them going, including drinks. They will be singing lots which may make them thirsty throughout the day.
Collection after the show - As stated before, we will meet you outside All Bar One (which is to the left of the entrance) after the show. Please bear in mind 'spectators' are released first, then they release choirs block by block, so it may take a little while for us to get to you.
Thursday morning - A reminder that children can have a slightly later start, getting into school by 10.00am at the latest, if you get home late and they need a little longer rest.
