Dear Parents/Carers,
At our upcoming Parents’ Consultations (next Thursday 26th March), Zoe, our Educational Mental Health Practitioner (EMHP) from MIND in West Essex, will be available to meet parents and carers from 4pm to 5.30pm (situated in the main entrance corridor). The EMHP works with pupils, families and staff to support children and young people’s emotional wellbeing, including areas such as anxiety, low mood, sleep, and managing big feelings. Zoe is currently doing some emotion regulation work with the Year 1 class and has plans for smaller groups to support children with their friendships! Please feel free to stop by the stall for a friendly chat, to ask questions, or to pick up some helpful resources and advice on supporting your child’s mental health and wellbeing at home.
