Dear Year 5 Parents and Carers,
See the below update from Epping St John's. Due to the changes made, if your child is returning to Coopersale for lunchtime, then they will need to bring a packed lunch. Alternatively, they can return after eating lunch at home, just make sure they are back for afternoon registration at 1pm. If they do not return to school, the afternoon session will be unauthorised absence.
Message from Epping St. John's:
Dear Year 5 Parents and Carers,
Due to the forecasted hot weather this week, Epping St John’s has made adjustments to the school day to ensure the wellbeing of all students and staff.
As a result, the Year 5 Taster Day will now finish at 12.00pm, and we ask that parents and carers collect their child promptly at this time.
The day will still begin as planned at 9.00am. Students should arrive no earlier than 8.45am.
As students will be leaving before lunchtime, please ensure they bring a break-time snack and a refillable water bottle. All activities will take place indoors.
Students should attend wearing either their primary school uniform or PE kit.
Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to welcoming the Year 5 students to Epping St John’s.
