Dear Families,
End of year class parties will take place on the afternoon of Thursday 16th July. This will be a non-uniform day (Year 6 - read the reminder information at the bottom of this message).
Please make sure that footwear and clothes are appropriate for school and suitable for P.E if Thursdays are P.E days for your child’s class.
Children can bring in their own party snacks (not to be shared), such as crisps, biscuits, cake bar or chocolate (no sweets please).
As parties are after lunch, please make sure no more than two treats are given. A small fruit juice/flavoured water can also be brought in. We recommend food and drink is placed in a named bag/container/cling film/foil, to stop children losing items and becoming upset.
Please make sure foods do not contain nuts (including spreads such as Nutella) or seeds, and no fizzy drinks.
Year 6 Additional Message: A reminder, Year 6 will be having their class party also on Thursday 16th July in the afternoon session. This will be an afternoon of fun, including games outside. For this reason, they can either stay in their school uniform from the Leavers’ service in the morning, or they can bring a change of clothes in a bag, which must be suitable to complete games in.
