Dear Year 4 Families,

We are excited to share that starting next Wednesday (23rd September), 4L class pupils will all be receiving weekly ukulele lessons in school. These sessions will run for the entire Autumn term at no cost to parents, thanks to the Epping Rotary Club for providing the funding to support this.

Instrument Details & Practice Options

• Provided in School: We will provide ukuleles for all the in-school lessons.
• Buying Your Own: If your child is a budding musician and you would like to purchase their own ukulele to bring in and practice with at home, the ENCORE EUK10N Ukulele is the recommended model. However, there are also cheaper options available at Smyths Toys for around £12.
• Alternative Instruments: If children already own their own guitar, they are also welcome to bring this in. Lessons will be adapted so they can use it as an alternative.
