Dear Parents and Carers,

I am writing to let you know about an important staffing update at Coopersale.

Our Deputy Headteacher, Mrs Munden (formerly Miss Nicholson), will have her last day with us on Friday 2nd October before starting her maternity leave. We are sure you will join us in wishing Mrs Munden all the very best as she prepares for this exciting new chapter.

During Mrs Munden's maternity leave, Mrs Gardiner will be Acting Deputy Headteacher. Mrs Gardiner will not be taking on this role in a full-time capacity – she will continue as Year 6 class teacher five days a week, with some additional time out of class to complete essential Deputy Headteacher tasks and responsibilities.

We are confident that this arrangement will ensure continuity of leadership whilst maintaining the excellent teaching and learning that your children receive.
